Leadership Team

     Ron Rinaldi joined The Center School in 2012 as a high school history teacher. In 2017 he became Principal and in 2021 The Center School Board of Trustees selected Ron as the new Executive Director of the school.

      Ron brings with him years of experience in the classroom having started his teaching career in 1986 at both the high school and community college levels. Ron holds a B.A. in American Civilization from the George Washington University, M.A. in Military History from Duke University, and a Ed.D. in Higher Educational Leadership.     

       In addition, Ron had a 22 year career in law enforcement with key certifications and achievements in Homicide Investigations, Fatal Accident Investigations, Forensics, and SWAT operations. 

       His experience provides the valued leadership, management, and operational skills needed to serve the Center School community to help students reach their fullest potential for academic, emotional, and physical health, support the staff to maintain best practices, and sustain collaboration between families, districts, and staff.
