Technical Support During COVID
During a typical year, the majority of a student's technical issues are handled in school. During the effects of COVID there will often be times where students need help while working at home, especially if they are Remote Learners. For this reason, the Center School has implemented new ways for parents and students to communicate and request support from the technology staff.
First and foremost, for all questions and issues relating to remote learning, the morning wellness form, student-issued computers, and the G-Suite (Gmail, Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Google Calendar, among others) please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your issue must be resolved immediately, in addition to your email, please call the school's main number and select extension 100 to leave your information.
In addition, each student computer has been equipped with remote assistance software, allowing you to request and receive direct support from an on-site technician. To request this support, please sent an email to email@example.com, and we will schedule a day and time to provide this service.
